In front of the terrace there is a small garden. The apartment is suitable for 2 persons. There is a double bed in the combined bedsitting room. The small kitchen has been completely equipped with 4-hotplates stove, refrigerator, sink unit and microwave. In the living area there is a sofa and a satellite TV. A ventilator provides for refreshing, cool air. The villa is located near the beach, in the third row and has a nice terrace. The distance to the beach is only about 40 metres.
