There is a double bed in the living area and two bunk beds in the anteroom, which can be separated from the living area by a door. Opposite the bunk beds there are the bathroom and the toilet. Beside a sitting unit consisting of a table and four chairs, there is a large wardrobe in the living area as well as a small kitchenette. A garage borders on the apartment, which is separated from the apartment by a lockable interconnecting door. This garage can be rented, but it is not absolutely necessary. The terrace is directed to the south. The beach is approx. 80 metres away.
