This is a little house within the green spaces of the Heliovillage. The villa has a south terrace with a little garden. It is suitable for 2 adults and 1-2 children. On the ground floor, behind the entrance, there is a bedroom with a double bed. The entrance door can be closed with a grille, so that during warm nights it is possible to sleep with the door open. Between the living area and the bedroom there is the corridor from where you can enter the bathroom with shower and the separate toilet. In the living room there is a kitchenette as well as a dining bar, a wardrobe, a sofa and a sideboard. Via wooden stairs you can get on the upper floor where you can find a second bedroom with two single beds for children which can be pushed together. Here is a wardrobe as well, a commode and a window. From the living room you can get to the veranda, furnished with a dining set. From there you can get to the terrace from where you have a nice view into the green spaces of Heliovillage. The distance to the beach is approx. 200 metres.
