This is a holiday flat in Heliopolis in the immediate vicinity of the beach. The flat is located in building section C, on the 1st floor, outer circle. It is suitable for 2 persons. When you enter the flat, you reach the combined living and bedroom via a hallway. Here you will find a fixed double bed (160x200 cm), a seating area and a kitchenette. In the hallway there is a large wardrobe. Opposite is the bathroom with shower tub. The toilet is in the room next to the bathroom. Between the living area and the balcony, separated by a sliding glass door, is a veranda. This has been furnished with a dining set. The balcony faces south. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the sea and of the "Port Nature" building. The distance to the beach is about 30 metres. There is a lift in the building section.
