The flat is suitable for 2 adults and 1–2 children. The front door opens into a sunny living area with a kitchenette. The living area features a dining set and a sofa area with a coffee table. Past the kitchen, you reach the bathroom. Here there are two washbasins, a shower and a toilet in a separate cubicle. The flat has two separate bedrooms. One is furnished with a fixed double bed (140x200 cm), the other with two bunk beds for children. Both rooms have sliding windows, making them easy to air. From the living area, a staircase leads up to the flat’s roof terrace. From here, you have a unique view in all directions. You can look out over the entire coastline and the sea, across the green space at Port Nature, towards the Heliopolis building opposite and into the hinterland. The distance to the beach is approximately 130 metres.
